The contemporary, open plan kitchen/living area has been cleverly placed on the first floor taking full advantage of the views out towards the marina and Snowdon Mountain Range from the glazed balcony. Ideal for friends and family, each spacious bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind and every bathroom boasts a power shower with detachable head - perfect for sandy feet! Soak up the afternoon sun from the private rear courtyard or sit and enjoy your morning coffee out the front and watch the sunrise. A short walk immediately behind the property offers stunning panoramic views of the marina, Snowdon Mountain Range, and the rest of the Llyn Peninsula.

Known as the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula, Pwllheli is a bustling seaside resort that's host to a number of wonderful amenities. Enjoy a walk along the award-winning Marian-y-De beach or explore the local bars, cafes, shops and art galleries that line the streets. For water sports enthusiasts, the blue seas around Pwllheli are renowned as world-class sailing waters, and are also great for kayaking, windsurfing and canoeing. Slightly further west is the fashionable resort resort of Abersoch, with its variety of local attractions from boat trips to St Tudwal's Islands and an 18-hole golf course to boutique stores and restaurants.

Utility room with washing machine, drinks/additional fridge, clothes airer, storage cupboard, basin and storage hooks.

Entertainment: Large Smart TV in living area with Sky Sports, Netflix and Disney +. Wi-Fi available.

Outside: Slated front area with bench seating to catch the morning sun. Enclosed private courtyard to the rear with cushioned garden furniture and outdoor storage unit for beach equipment. The rear courtyard is in partial sun from mid afternoon.
