One of a row of a development, it enjoys a private balcony and sun deck with shared use of a terrace running alongside the harbour. The world-famous Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways are nearby. Portmeirion, the Italianate village and the setting for TV’s The Prisoner is just 1 mile away. Snowdonia Mountain Range is also easily accessible. You can find magnificent beaches within 3 miles. Criccieth, Harlech and Caernarfon castles within easy driving distance. The fantastic Bounce Below and Zip World are close by in Blaenau Ffestiniog. The coastal town of Pwllheli is just a 12 mile journey. Most sports are also available locally. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

We had a lovely holiday at estuary view lovely place house was lovely and the view was amazing the only complaint was my daughter found a pair of dirty socks in the kids?bunk bed inside the bed sheets so we washed the sheets as we thought maybe the sheets hadn't been changed otherwise we had a lovely time and would like to go back may be some body should check the bedding before people arrive otherwise we had a amazing holiday thankyou

Our 6th stay at this lovely property! It has everything you need for a great stay in Porthmadog. Stunning ever-changing views of the estuary with the added bonus of being able to watch trains on the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway coming into the station. We love it so much we have booked for 2027 already.

I recommend, because of the wonderful location. However there should be a warning about the steep and narrow stairs and the kitchen cupboards which are difficult to open if one has arthritis, and the idiosyncratic heating, which we never fully mastered, despite having five degrees between the two of us.
