Traditional and charming 17th century stone cottage in a peaceful village just outside Abersoch with original stone fireplace and surrounded by rural farmland. The 4-bedroom cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is complete with a country-style kitchen, cosy lounge/diner, a separate sitting room, 2 shower rooms and outdoor utility room. Groesfa is just 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach that backs onto Abersoch's golf club and a seaside cafe serving local produce. The nearby Porth Tocyn Hotel is an award-winning venue and the restaurant boasts incredible views out across the bay. The busting streets of Abersoch are a short drive away where you'll find a number of fantastic eateries, boutique stores and popular walking routes.

Rooms: Ground floor: Living/dining area, kitchen, shower room, double bedroom, sitting room and outdoor utility room. First Floor: Two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and shower room.

Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, two fridge/freezers and Belfast sink. External utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and storage space for beach/gardening equipment.

Entertainment: Smart TV in living area and TV for games consoles in sitting room. Xbox available at property with several games. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: Pretty garden with trees and well-maintained flower beds. Lawned area and paved seated area with wooden table and bench. Charcoal BBQ available. 

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen provided. Towels not provided. Can be hired for an additional £8 per person.  Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

No smoking inside the cottage.

Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
