Good variety of kitchen and cleaning equipment. Outside of property needed a hose down (lots of cobwebs and weathered areas ) but it didn’t distract us from a very comfortable holiday let. Because of the immaculate inside the outside was more noticeable. Overall an excellent property and excellent holiday park.would visit again . A few unavoidable issues during our stay very quickly sorted by Sykes and the team at the warren so really did not affect our stay at all.

Very convenient for beach and reasonable walk to facilities and public bar which is dog friendly. Comfortable seating and all kitchen necessities. Cons... On arrival there was remains of food on outside table. Decking area required sweeping and area around gates required several weeks of dead leaves removing. Main bedroom light switch broken, needs renewing, 2 lights inoperative. 2 of 3 gate latches require repair.
