Property was fantastic with everything inside needed to have a comfortable base. Beds comfortable and very clean. Would recommend and happily stay again.

Upon entry the hall way smelt musty and we were greeted, after some searching for the person who was supposed to be onsite, by a sullen young man who simply informed us the key should be in the door of the apartment. The apartment had a linking (locked) door to the next door apartment, which just on the other side was the tv for the adjacent apartment. As such this meant that we were blasted with noise from whichever tv programme or film our neighbours were watching… along with enduring their shouting and yelling. There was also a herd of elephants masquerading as a human family on the top floor, we were surprised they didn’t come through the ceiling on many occasions. In addition, they were running and taking baths after midnight, disturbing our daughter and there was no chance of ever washing our own clothes as they had the washer and dryer running 24/7, which also caused disturbance. As the windows don’t open more than a thimble width, no air could come into the apartment which meant it was extremely hot, especially of an evening.. there was a fan but I would hate to have stayed there in normal summer temperatures.. the temperature didn’t get over 17C outside during the day for our whole holiday. Also the beds were extremely soft, however the bed linen was clean and fresh. I also loved the big fluffy towels to use after taking a shower. Could do with having basic instructions for appliances and when bins will be emptied outside - we couldn’t empty the kitchen bin all week as the outdoor bins were overflowing until our last day. Great location, perhaps if we had the top floor our experience would have been different.

The view from the property was excellent.It was located in a quiet place with easy access to Caernarfon,Conwy and Llandudno. The cleanliness was very good and the beds were comfy.
