Snaptrip says

Briallen Lodge is highly praised for its tranquillity, stunning scenery, and privacy. Guests enjoyed the wildlife, the hot tub, and the warm welcome, including visits from Mrs Lloyd, the friendly cat. The lodge's seclusion and proximity to local attractions make it an ideal getaway, despite some minor issues with the hot tub and suggestions for improvements.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The lodge consistently receives compliments for its cleanliness, with numerous guests noting it was very clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in this regard contributed to the high score.

The location is celebrated for its beauty and privacy, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to local towns and attractions. The scenic views and proximity to nature trails are frequently mentioned, although the remote nature and access roads were a minor concern for some.

Guests found the lodge cosy and tastefully kitted out, with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. However, some guests mentioned the mattress and pillows could be improved, and the lack of curtains for privacy at night was noted.

The facilities, including the hot tub, Wi-Fi, and kitchenette, were generally appreciated, but there were several comments about the hot tub taking time to heat and some maintenance issues. The lack of an oven and limited storage space were also pointed out.

Many guests were delighted by the thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs and the presence of Mrs Lloyd, the cat. While these gestures were appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches may vary and are not guaranteed.

Very clean and the owners very helpful. Would defiantly stay again. Hot tub was lovely especially after my walk up snowdon.

Was private and secluded with beautiful views. Was lovely having sheep in the field next to us and 4 ponies below us. The POD is well-equipped, comfortable, and warm. The hot tub was outstanding. The only small little suggestion that I have is a small curtain over the window above the bed. Only because at this time of the year when the sun rises early it does wake you. Barmouth is close and a beautiful place to visit. Even though you are out of the way it has easy access to busier places and towns. Brilliant 2 nights and we will be looking to possible book a house close by so that we can take the children and the dogs.

The farm cat, Mrs Lloyd, became my best friend for the few days we were there and she was a real highlight. The owners were lovely and available when needed, but they let us be ourselves and made sure you have your privacy. The hot tub takes a while to heat up, so bear that in mind, but I loved using the firepit every night. Sitting out with the fire going at night surrounded by the sheep and horses was honestly so incredible. One thing to note, the roads on the way to the area could be super narrow and winding (just for anyone who isn't comfortable with country roads) as this is something we wish we knew so we could decide who was driving there. But honestly, the trip was incredible. We had such a relaxing time. Thank you so much to the owners for letting us stay
