Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests unanimously commend the lodge for its cleanliness, describing it as immaculate and very clean, which indicates a high standard of hygiene and upkeep.

The lodge is appreciated for its quietness and proximity to local attractions, despite some guests feeling the immediate area is not the most pleasant and noting noise disturbances.

The lodge is generally found to be comfortable, though some guests feel it may be a bit small for larger groups, especially if all guests wish to gather in the living area.

While the lodge is well-appointed and the hot tub is a highlight, there are mixed reviews about the adequacy of seating, the size of the bed, and some minor maintenance issues like the bedroom blind and kitchenware compatibility with the hob. Without more specific reviews on facilities and maintenance, a precise score cannot be provided.

Guests mention a lovely welcome pack and welcoming touches, suggesting thoughtfulness in the lodge's presentation. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this should be considered a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

Secluded area but close enough to local amenities which was perfect for us and the hot tub is a wonderful asset. We had a lovely stay. Only slight negative would be that there was no pully cord on the bedroom blind which made it difficult for me to close. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was very clean with an array of welcoming touches. Plenty of amenities within walking distance but it was also nice, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this lodge.
