The large 5-bedroom end terrace house is an ideal base for exploring both sea and mountains with great routes in Snowdonia National Park to follow, such as the Slate Trail and beautiful Ogwen Valley, in addition to fantastic watersport opportunities along the Menai Straits. There's also an abundance of local attractions to suit all visitors, including Zip World, Penrhyn Castle, Llanberis-Snowdon Railway, the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, numerous beaches and wonderful local eateries.

First Floor: King bedroom with views of Garth Pier and the Menai Straits, double bedroom with en suite shower room and further bathroom with bath and shower over. Second Floor: King bedroom, single bedroom and twin bedroom with 2 x zip&link singles - can be made as a King on request

Kitchen and utilities: Lower ground floor kitchenette with microwave, washing machine, cooking facilities and large drinks fridge. Ground floor kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wash basin and ample storage.

Entertainment: Large 50" TV and DVDs & board games in cinema room. Wall-mounted TV in living/dining area. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: 3 tier enclosed patio garden to the rear with seating for up to 4 people at the higher level and seating for 10 at the second level. Great views out to the Victorian Pier, Menai Straits to the Great Orme with further views towards the suspension bridge and across to Anglesey and Beaumaris. Washing line and gas/charcoal BBQ available.

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 3 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, Welsh cakes and/or bara brith and Prosecco or wine. 

Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.

No smoking inside the cottage.

Parking: On-street parking available near property. Daily parking also available at the pier carpark at £1.50 per 24 hours.
