One of three attractive 16th century properties in village location close to Bala with its cafes, pubs, shops, swimming pool and Wales s largest natural lake. Enjoy boating, stroll around the lake or ride on the steam railway. For the more adventurous there s the National White Water Centre, Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog, Galn Y Gors Karting Park and the mountain bike trail centre at Coed y Brenin. Head to King Arthur s Labyrinth or Harlech s sandy beach, historic Castle, shops and cafes, not forgetting St David s Golf Course. Being in Southern Snowdonia you can enjoy a plethora of footpaths and cycle routes, superb fishing, varied activities and events alongside the breath taking scenery. There is something for everyone here. Through the door and up the stairs to the cosy lounge with sofa, wood burner, TV/DVD. The dining table is positioned near the bijou kitchen at the far side of the lounge. Start the day with a hearty breakfast made in this cute little kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Sit at the table and plan your activities whilst you enjoy your meal. When returning after a full day out in the area or fishing in the Dee, take a leisurely shower in the shower room with shower and WC and then relax in the lounge. For cosy nights inside light the log burner and watch a film on TV or lose yourself in a good book. There is one spacious double bedroom with TV and the single room with 2 6 bed, both have lovely views over the garden. Relax, unwind and unravel the fascinating history here whilst you explore the water gardens at this lovely holiday home. At the front of the property is a gravelled area to enjoy morning coffee or take tea and cakes by the pond with furniture and shelter in the summer house. In the owners grounds you can see the wheel house, admire the well stocked borders, creative planting, the pond, waterfalls and watercourse running from the top of the garden. Look out for the kingfishers and occasional otters or walk over the road and enjoy private fishing on the River Dee. Private parking for two cars at the property.
