Enjoy boating stroll around the lake or ride on the steam railway. For the more adventurous there s the National White Water Centre Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog Galn Y Gors Karting Park and the mountain bike trail centre at Coed y Brenin. Head to King Arthur s Labyrinth or Harlech s sandy beach historic Castle shops and cafes not forgetting St David s Golf Course. Being in Southern Snowdonia you can enjoy a plethora of footpaths and cycle routes superb fishing varied activities and events alongside the breath-taking scenery. There is something for everyone here. The separate WC is at the end of this room. The beautiful old back door leads to the rear garden area and easy access to the River Dee for fishing. Up the stairs to the first floor and a mezzanine library there is a good selection of books music system comfortable sofas and historic quirks reminiscent of its past adorn the walls. There is one double bedroom and small shower room on this floor with stairs up to the second floor with one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs and lovely views. At the rear of the property is a gravelled area to enjoy morning coffee around the mill stone table or take tea and cakes by the pond with furniture and shelter in the summer house. In the owners grounds you can see the wheel house admire the well-stocked borders creative planting the pond waterfalls and watercourse running from the top of the garden. Look out for the Kingfishers and occasional Otters or walk over the road and enjoy private fishing on the River Dee. Private parking for three cars at the property.
