Peacefully situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Pen y Cefn is a well appointed single storey property which is ideal for visiting both the beautiful North Wales Coast and Snowdonia National Park.
Inside
The contemporary lounge has double doors leading out into the garden, comfortable leather seating, a 37" TV with Freeview service, DVD player plus a range of books and games. There is also a dining table with four chairs and modern self catering facilities in the kitchen include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave. A tumble dryer is also available on request.

Electric heating is from ground source thermal underfloor heating downstairs and radiators to the first floor.
