About this property
A detached ground floor property situated in the ground of the owner's property in the pretty village of Halkyn, North Wales. The spacious property is ideal for families and groups of friends wanting a serene base with easy access to bustling cities and beautiful national parks. Upon entering the property you will find a large kitchen dining room to your right with all the appliances and amenities needed to create a fantastic home-cooked meal. Next to the kitchen is the bright and spacious sitting room. This room is a sociable space with comfortable sofas to relax and chat about the day's adventures. Patio doors lead out from the living room onto a furnished patio with lawn area and orchard, with views over the Dee Estuary. The sleeping accommodation consists of three spacious and beautifully presented bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, one with a double and a twin room. The village centre is just a short walk from the property, with its cafes, pubs, convenience shops and plenty of walking opportunities to enjoy. The historic city of Chester is a short drive away, with its boutique and high street shops and the cosmopolitan cities if Manchester and Liverpool are slightly further afield.
