The property didn't suit us, it was clean and well maintained, but the living room upstairs and the kitchen downstairs was a pain! Want a cup of tea - downstairs. Forgot the biscuits, back down you go. The TV wasn't tuned in, had to google that, and sort it. The fridge (in the dinning room not the kitchen) was freezing the milk, had to google how to adjust that. Central heating was turned off (in October!) and the controller was hidden in the boiler cupboard! Google again to work out how to get that on. No central heating upstairs in the living room and bedroom, just a small electric oil radiator. No garden space, just a front area off the quiet road and a side entry with the hot tub shoe-horned between the fence and the wall. Outdoor furniture with cushions out in the rain - we weren't going to try to sit on those. The strangest thing was the personal photos on the wall. Sitting in the lounge, there are photos of a blonde woman and children staring at you from the stairwell. There were 4 parcels delivered to the property for the owner - we've never had that before in a holiday cottage. Then an estate agent knocked the door asking "Is the owner here yet?" The location, was okay, the beach was very close - a bit stoney at the top and difficult to get down to the sand. The nearby chip shop, fish n chips were great, and having Asda so close was useful.

I booked Sea Breeze for my best friend’s birthday and it was a perfect choice. Carole was lovely - very friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I asked whether birthday decorations could be put up for our arrival and she went above and beyond! The accommodation was lovely, a real home from home. The sea view and hot tub were definite bonuses. The beach is literally a matter of seconds away which was perfect for my water-loving spaniel! We couldn’t figure out how to plug the dishwasher in so just washed up instead, but apart from that I can’t fault it. We will definitely be looking to come here again!
