Upmarket, spacious, 2 bedroom, caravan, 1 double and 1 twin plus lounge sofa bed. Sleep 4+2=6. It has central heating and is double glazed. The double has a en-suite small toilet and the main bathroom has a large double shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all utensils.

Lounge has 40” TV, DVD and modern fire.

Parking is close to van.

Outside there is a spacious rear deck with side access. There is also an open green area to the side that could be used to BBQ. The deck overlooks a small green pond/stream where this van have in our opinion the best position on the park. It is located at the end of the park in a new, quiet area and well away from the the entertainment.

Marine Holiday Park is a Google 4 star more up-market park orientated to families and couples and many privately owned vans. There is a brand-new large pirate playground for the kids and there is a bar and also club venue. There is an inside and outside café/eatery and one of prime features is a large heated inside pool. On site security of course.

Park has a reasonably priced Wifi signal if needed and mobile signal is good.

The security deposit is £150 and will be returned to you after a satisfactory inspection.

There are NO Pets and NO smoking.

Rhyl is about a 10 minutes walk away and the park itself is located on the outskirts of Rhyl but still very convenient for Prestatyn, Towyn etc if not wanting the parks entertainment.

General change over time is Fridays at 2 and departure is strictly by 10am. During high seasons bookings are minimum 7 days but out of seasons its more flexible but a minimum of 3 days.

You will need to pay for entertainment/car access which depends on your precise needs/use - for example a peak 7 Night Family Entertainment (10 people) and Car Pass = £90; vs a non peak, 3 day, 2 adults and 2 kids under 10 + car =£48 (see https://parioholidayparks.com/news/2025-complex-prices/) .

Resting on the western side of the River Clwyd is the charming North Wales village of Kinmel Bay. Lying opposite the bustling resort of Rhyl, Kinmel Bay makes a wonderful holiday location and attracts plenty of serious watersports enthusiasts with popularity especially in canoeing and windsurfing. The Kinmel Dunes Nature Reserve is home to a small sand dune system with lots of native wildlife and plants, with seals sometimes spotted close to the shore, you can enjoy lovely walks along paths leading through the dunes, before continuing along the North Wales Path. The village is home to a supermarket, several shops, two pubs and some restaurants, while Rhyl is just a stone's throw away. Discover SeaQuarium Rhyl, SC2 Rhyl waterpark, Rhyl Golf Club and the gorgeous Rhyl Beach. From Kinmel Bay you are within easy reach of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for plenty of stunning walking and cycling country, as well as the beaches of Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and the historic market town of Conwy.
