Lovely little property great enclosed garden nice and safe for dog. Close to shops takeaway and pub Mayquay does lovely meals and great service. Beds comfy kitchen well equipped and living room comfortable and relaxing. Only slight negative driveway a bit too small for our car needed to be sticking out onto pavement if we wanted to open boot. That aside we will be returning in summer

Jon and Gill went out of their way to help us due to a family issue , this cottage has everything you need from a comfy bed , lovely living room , well equipped kitchen and a secure garden for your children or pets to play out in .. The drive is a bit tight but we have a landrover ,it,s pretty easy to get in if you take your time.. There are good takeaways and a very friendly club for a drink just a couple of minutes walk away, and a big asda supermarket and fuel station very close by.... should we need to go back to the area i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again....

The property itself is really nice. It was clean in most areas upon arrival. The bathroom could have had more attention. The garden is really nice. Has lots of things you would need. However the location is not accurate. No where on the write up does it mention that the sea front is being renovated for a least half a mile from the property with a building site to see and at least a half hour walk, not a 10 minute walk to be able to access the beach. Very disappointing as that was the main reason for the booking due to mobility and not wanting to drive or walk further out.
