The weather was excellent for January with cold sunny days. Everyone enjoyed using the games room, even us oldies.

Only small niggle is the amount of space around beds in the rooms. It is tight! And this also means a lack of storage space. This is a modern house build so if you are used to them you will know what to expect. Lovely location with gated access direct onto beach. Beach is fabulous although wind makes a visit quite painful

There was 14 of us and dining in one place has been a struggle previously but was no problem here and we also used the large table for family games. The property is in need of a bit of TLC in a few areas most likely down to it being well used I'm guessing throughout the year and our stay being at the end of the season. Some of the bedrooms were a bit of a squeeze and storing clothes and cases may cause others issues but we made do. A good time was had by all.
