Pull up and park the car, or take a stroll to the caravan park from the nearby train station. Ascend a few steps and unlock the door to be greeted by the bright and spacious open-plan area. The kitchen is equipped with the amenities for you to whip up a delicious home-made meal. Store your ingredients and any treats in the fridge/freezer, fire up the gas hob and create something mouth-watering. Once plates are dished up, head to the dining table with seating for four guests and tuck in as you discuss the plans ahead. When plates are cleared, gather around the corner sofa bed in the sitting area and flick on the mounted smart TV for a cushy movie night. There is a selection of DVDs offering an easy choice of entertainment for the evening. As the evening draws to a close, freshen up in the shower room to rinse away the sea salt from your skin. Choose from a double with an en-suite WC, a compact twin or the sofa bed in the open-plan space, to rest and rejuvenate for the next day. Each bedroom has a TV for those needed lie -ins. In the morning, sip a brew on the enclosed decking, as you map out the plans for the day, dine alfresco or toast to a memory-filled holiday in the evening. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for days when you want to eat out and shops to stock up on essentials. Make the most of your location by taking a stroll to Prestatyn Beach, where you can walk along the wide stretch of sand, squeeze into wetsuits for splashing in the water, and spend breezy afternoons flying kites against sweeping coastal views. Take a trip to Dyserth Waterfall, where nature trails wind through leafy surroundings, scenic spots invite you to pause for a picnic, and the nearby cafe offers a welcome treat after exploring. For family days out, the Welsh Mountain Zoo brings wildlife up close with panoramic hillside views, rare creatures such as red pandas and snow leopards, and playful seals that delight children and grown‑ups. After a day exploring the coast, head back to Carvan CP10 and unwind.

One of the many renowned seaside resorts along the lovely North Wales coastline, the charming town of Prestatyn offers four miles of golden sand divided between three great beaches, all of which are ideal for family fun.
