We had a problem with the WiFi but the maintenance man came straight round to put it right. The only thing we found wrong was the heating came on at strange times! When we were sat inside in the evening and needed it on it was off but came on when everyone was in bed around 4am! Other than that a fantastic holiday home and we will definitely be booking again next year

Equipment and facilities as indicated. In the bedrooms it would be better with draw storage. Enough space for the 3 families comprising 5 adults and 4 children. WiFi good enough to support several devices. Oven could do with a deep clean.

The property itself was a good size for our family party and the closeness to the beach was amazing. We did have a couple of issues which were that the cleaner had been told we wouldn't arrive until 5pm, although our information all said we could arrive from 4pm so he was still at the property when we arrived just after 4pm. After travelling with young children it was a little inconvenient that we couldn't get straight into the property and settle in and he seemed very rushed to get the basic cleaning tasks done before he left. Secondly we had two children (6 & 8 years old) who were meant to sleep in the bunk bed room but on inspection of the bed we found it to be very loose, and wobbled when gently touched. It creaked and the screws were all loose. We tried to tighten everything but it didn't help so we had to resort to mattresses on the floor for the week. It was fine but again not what we pictured. We loved the area, close to essential shops. we walked to Rhyl and back one day. We also visited Conwy, Colwyn Bay & Rhuddlan during the week and found plenty to keep our whole family entertained.
