The living/dining room has a beautiful dining table, set for six, where the whole group can gather to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals, with views overlooking the rear garden, while the sitting room has a big L-shaped sofa you can settle onto to enjoy watching the wall-mounted Smart TV, or grab a book and curl up in the armchair. There are three spacious bedrooms, with neutral tones and soft carpets; a twin with zip/link feature that can be made into a super-king-size, with a TV and en-suite shower room, as well as two king-size doubles, served by the immaculate and contemporary family bathroom, with stunning egg-shaped freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, so you can get ready for each day in style. The closest beach is one mile away, with three family-friendly sandy beaches in total to choose from, all within easy reach; Prestatyn, Ffrith and Barkby beaches showcase the glorious North Wales coastline. Prestatyn has numerous attractions and day out opportunities away from the beach too, including a visit to its 12th century motte and bailey castle, golf club, Ffrith Beach Arena Park, Prestatyn Roman Baths museum and several shopping centres. The Nova Leisure Centre is located nearby for swimming and children's soft play. The seaside town of Rhyl is a couple of miles away, with it's 2-mile stretch of sandy beach, SeaQuarium, SC2 waterpark, Pavillion Theatre and host of shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés and a cinema. The Victorian seaside town of Llandudno is slightly further afield, known for its North Shore Beach, the Great Orme complete with dry ski slope. The 19th-century Llandudno Pier with arcade, as well as the Happy Valley Botanical Gardens make a wonderful family-friendly day out. Walkers and cyclists are spoilt for choice with dedicated coastal routes, Offa's Dyke Pathway, which starts in Prestatyn, and the surrounding hills of Clwydian Hill Range nearby, while Snowdonia National Park is easily accessible form the property. For the more active types visit Adventure Parc Snowdonia, fun for all the family with indoor and outdoor activities, including its infamous Surf Lagoon or brave the indoor climbing walls and ninja assault course.
