The bright and airy sitting room provides a cosy electric stove whilst the kitchen/diner comprises a pine fitted kitchen with a washing machine, table and chairs. Just off from the lounge is the compact shower room. The mature gardens outside conjure up fresh experiences for you and your partner, with a stunning outlook showcasing some fantastic scenes over the Dee Valley and towards the Berwyn Mountains, offering wonderful opportunities for birdwatching. Take the time to sit out on a pleasant afternoon and admire the scenery along with the owner's collection of sculptures. The local town of Corwen is just a couple of miles away, where shops and cafes can be found; the heritage steam train will take you to Llangollen, where you can enjoy horse drawn canal boat rides.

There is an abundance of walking and mountain biking, fishing on the River Dee and watersports at Llyn Brenig and Bala Lake. The Snowdonia National Park and walled City of Chester are within a short drive, offering fantastic days out. Set in the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley aonb, is the North Wales market town of Corwen. It offers plenty of local amenities including a selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants. Llangollen Heritage Steam Railway, is one of the best ways to see the views of the area in comfort. Explore Rug Chapel and Langar Church, or the Iron Age hill forts, Caer Drewyn. Visit the National Trust properties of Chirk Castle and Erddig, explore the ruins of Cistercian Valle Crucis Abbey and Castell Dinas Brân. Snowdonia National Park is just fifteen minutes’ drive away; an arena of outdoor adventure just waiting for you to discover.
