At Corwen station, hop on the delightful Llangollen Heritage Railway steam train for a 10-mile scenic journey beside the River Dee. Llangollen is famous for the annual Eisteddfod and as a World Heritage site for its canal and the spectacular Pontcysysllte Aqueduct. Enjoy a horse-drawn, dog-friendly boat trip along the canal or a motorised journey across the Aqueduct. Visit Ruthin for a journey through time at Nantclwyd y Dre, a medieval house with 500 years of history.
