Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests found Seagulls to be spotlessly clean, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable stay. One review mentioned the need for a conservatory clean, but this appears to be an isolated comment amidst overall positive feedback.

Guests consistently laud the location for its tranquillity, proximity to the beach, and local village amenities. The ease of access to nature reserves and the beach through the dunes is a highlight for many visitors.

Comfort is frequently mentioned, with guests appreciating the comfy beds, spacious rooms, and the added luxury of a hot tub. The property is described as homely and suitable for guests of all ages.

The facilities at Seagulls, including a well-equipped kitchen and toys for children, are well-received. Some guests suggest minor improvements, but the overall sentiment is positive, especially with the inclusion of a hot tub and piano.

The owner's thoughtfulness is evident through welcome gifts such as wine and biscuits, though it's worth noting that such gestures, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

Very comfortable beds. Great access to the beach. Very high standard of cleanliness and lots of room in the house. Good parking. Would definitely go again.

Only negative was that we couldn’t find any dishwasher tab's. Lovely spacious rooms and fantastic hot tub. Just the ticket!

The house is in a lovely village location backing onto sand dunes. It is spacious and well equipped. The piano and hot tub were an added bonus. Although there is room on the drive for 3 cars, on street parking was an issue. The neighbour opposite seems to have many cars and parks on both sides of the road. Access and parking is therefore difficult. When we first arrived there were cars blocking the entrance to the drive. All in all we would recommend Seagulls and will consider another holiday there.
