Ran out of bits and restaurant dirty

Great site,loads to do for our 10 and 11 year old daughters.Although we enjoyed our stay the lodge had lots wrong with it.2 tvs not working.No passes or towels or pack left(had to keep asking reception and asking people to come fix things)We thought for the money we paid which was over £2000 it needed alot of attention to detail(cupboards in bathrooms v.shabby).Also windows in ceiling in main room didn't have any way of covering them so we were awake v.early.Major problem of the location (Oak 1)being woken up every morning by very very noisy bins being emptied at stupid o'clock and in turn seagulls turning up as the bins were being emptied.On the first night, there were police and security and shouting and fighting right outside the lodge between 1am.and 4am.We also felt that the huge ammount of teenagers hanging around the site swearing and generally being aggressive was very off putting for an expensive family site.The entertainment was first class,as were the activities that we managed to book.Location fab.

One twin room smelt like cat wee, the widows were dirty , there were bit over the surfaces and something yellow on the fridge. In the other twin room there was wall paper missing and the lamp didn’t work . Also the remote was missing the back . And there was a hat left .
