Beautifully designed, the kitchen is a spacious spot to cook up a storm, sporting a range of home-from-home amenities and contemporary furniture, contrasting perfectly with the original parquet flooring, and here you will also find a breakfast bar, great for morning coffee as you plan the day ahead of you. After a day of exploring the local area, be enticed to relax in the opulent living/dining room, beside the welcoming glow of the woodburning stove and the large amount of natural light being drawn in from the pretty bay windows, and here there is also a dining table where guests can enjoy a heart-warming meal or a family games night. Indulge in a warm bath or enjoy a refreshing shower in the contemporary shower room, where the blue tiles sport a quirky design, adding a pop of colour to this neutral space. Snuggle up in one of the two bedrooms, including a king-size double with a vintage-contemporary feel from the tastefully presented furniture, bay windows, leather sofa and sage and dusky pink décor, and a twin with distant views of Conwy. Llandudno is a fantastic location for exploring the wonderful coast of Wales, offering a selection of convenience stores, pubs, cafes and restaurants for guests to dine at. The town also has a great beach, arcades, two museums, a promenade and of course the well-known pier where you can enjoy fish and chips with a view across the ocean. Llandudno houses the Little Orme and Great Orme, ideal for scenic walks and also home to the town’s ski slope, a great action-packed activity for those who love sports or simply want to try something new. Visit the picturesque Happy Valley botanical Gardens or head over to the Owls Trust to learn more about these stunning animals. From here, head over to Conwy where there is a scenic RSPB reserve with a café, ideal for nature lovers, loads of independent shops, and of course the fantastic Conwy Castle, a must-visit for history buffs. The property is also within reach of the incredible Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park where there is ample opportunity to hike, wild swim, try out watersports and fun-filled activities at Zip World. All of this and so much more with a stay at Ty Arth.

Llandudno Junction is a large village, situated within the county borough of Conwy, Wales. The town was built around the railway station, where today you will find many through trains from Manchester to Llandudno. The village also plays host to a number of small businesses, shops, supermarkets, chain restaurants, pubs and a Cineworld. From here, you can cross the famous Conwy Suspension Bridge to access the wonderful market town of Conwy, where you can discover Welsh history by visiting the 13th century fortress, the Smallest House in Great Britain and the historic home, Plas Mawr. Further afield is the larger coastal town of Llandudno, which plays host to the Great Orme, where you can enjoy breath-taking sea and mountain views, offering a challenging walk with a pub at the top. Only real issue is that there is an upstairs apartment & if you have noisy people in you hear everything. Every time they walk on the floor boards you hear. There were 2 dogs whilst we were there & when owners went out they barked. I did raise with owner who did speak with them. With this apartment if there is someone upstairs & they’re noisy you’ll hear everything..

Easy to walk into Llandudno. Really enjoyed our little break away over New Year. A hoover would have been useful having a dog to keep the place more tidy.
