We stayed at this property last year and were very happy with it. However, this visit was disappointing. The property feels neglected and tired eg. only one working light bulb in a 5 bulb light fitting, a disturbing smell from kitchen sink and a well worn carpet in the toilet etc., We will not book it again.

Bodnant Gardens, Llandudno (Great Orm), Rhos.... Bungalow was comfortable. No welcome pack, which is fine with us, plenty of supermarkets to stock up. Could do with a blind for bathroom window.

Nothing to clean dishes but one sponge and bottle of washing up liquid beds were terrible to sleep on / no welcome pack and we had to retune tv / no heating apart from living room fire what dried the air up
