Sitting in almost two acres of land, with beautiful panoramic views stretching from the North Shore at Llandudno to Deganwy, this detached cottage has everything to offer family and friends, a memorable stay in North Wales. It was fully rebuilt in 2009 to a superb standard in the footprint of the former farmhouse so boasts all modern amenities and has been further renovated in 2018 to convert this home into a luxury holiday let. Located on the southwest side of the Great Orme, this delightful holiday home is ideal for those who love being outdoors, with fabulous walks right from the doorstep. Access is gained via a single-track road bordered by stone walling with coastal views, reaching a gated entrance with a concrete driveway and ample off-road parking. The inside has a contemporary feel, which complements the rural exterior. Designer radiators and a mixture of sandstone and solid oak floors add to the modern character with spacious rooms and neutral décor throughout. The ground floor spacious kitchen and dining area is perfect for a quiet read and a family meal, whilst the lounge on the first level displays stunning views from the Juliet balcony. Sit and admire the dramatic mountain range along the coast as far as Anglesey. There is even a bedroom on the ground floor enjoying a lovely dressing room and shower room next door. For children (both young and old!) there is a extremely well equipped games room boasting a 7’ pool / snooker table, full sized table football machine and retro 1980’s 2-player electronic games table with 60 games to keep you all amused if weather is rainy. A full sized table tennis table is also available! This room is also ideal as a children’s lounge so that the adults can relax in peace in the main lounge!

A winding, hardwood staircase takes you to a good-sized landing area, which stems off to the further bedrooms and stylish cloakroom. Outside is the enclosed lawned garden looking onto the sea, perfect for the kids to run around, while you enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. This enclosed area is also suitable for dogs to be left outside. Attractions nearby include the Ski and Snowboard Centre, the famous Bronze age Copper Mines, not forgetting the cable cars and the lovely old Victorian trams heading up to the summit. Llandudno town centre offers a wide choice of shops and restaurants, as well as walks along the beach and promenade. Just a short distance away is Conwy with its imposing castle and well-preserved town walls and interesting shops and both Anglesey and Chester are within an hour’s reach. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, with this luxurious retreat from which to do so.

Llandudno offers the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by a crescent of Victorian hotels and the West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline and views towards Anglesey. Climb the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking a cable car ride of over a mile. The town has a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras.
