Relax in the heart of Welsh history, here, in this beautiful terraced cottage within the walled town and World Heritage site of Conwy. A rather special house for up to 8 people a characterful, listed building with superfast broadband, a cosy log burner and thoughtfully prepared facilities.

Set a few feet below street level, the ground floor consists of a beautiful dining room, long lounge with large inglenook fireplace (log burner), and desk for writing those postcards or uploading the days best Instagram shots using the superfast internet connection. The modern kitchen and small utility area are also on this floor and lead out to a fully enclosed rear yard. The three bedrooms and family bathroom (bath with shower over) are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large en-suite shower room, the second bedroom also has a king size bed, the third bedroom is a comfortable double and finally a twin bedroom.

Facilities include central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, TV, DVD player, Sky TV, hi-fi, superfast internet access and Wi-Fi , multifuel burner in the lounge. Heating and electricity are included in the tariff, bed linen and towels are supplied.

This is a no smoking property. Two small dogs or one large may stay but sorry, no puppies, the nearest grassy area is Bodlondeb park about 300yds away which offers approx. 25 acres of grass and woodland walking with children's play area, cricket pitch and tennis courts. There is no off road parking. The nearest unrestricted roadside parking is less than 100 meters away. Sea Chest House is safely tucked away within the walls of the historic Conwy Castle at the mouth of the River Conwy on the North coast of Wales. Just 60yards from the old quay and waterfront and less than a mile from the Snowdonia National Park everything you may need is on your doorstep. For a small town Conwy has so much to offer from specialist shops, fine restaurants and local brewery owned pubs to The historic Castle built by Edward the 1st, the Elizabethan Town house Plas Mawr and a 14 century Merchants House now preserved by the National Trust, not to mention the art gallery, train station and local quay from where sight seeing boat tours depart reguarly during the season. The rspb Conwy site is within approximately a half hour stroll and numerous golf courses, beaches, historic sites and adrenaline inducing activity centres are all within a short drive of this fabulous house, the perfect base for your next adventure.
