Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and ensuite bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and WC). Patio doors open from this bedroom onto a decked area with garden furniture. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a shower, sink, and WC.

Upstairs is the open plan lounge-kitchen-diner. A large picture window provides views from the lounge area across the estuary and out to sea. Glan Afon is a few hundred metres from the beach and is a short walk away (you will have to use the footbridge over the train line - trains are infrequent and only run during the day).
