Snaptrip says

Cymryd Uchaf is a charming cottage in Conwy, North Wales, appreciated for its stunning views, spacious and historic character, and secure gardens. It's particularly favoured by families and dog owners. The property offers a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and a games room, enhancing its appeal for a relaxing holiday.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cleanliness of the cottage received mixed reviews. While some guests found it spotlessly clean, others noted issues with dust, cobwebs, and unclean kitchenware. The cleaning inconsistencies have impacted some guests' experiences, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, beautiful views, and proximity to local attractions. Guests enjoyed the peacefulness and the easy access to countryside walks, making it an ideal spot for a serene getaway.

Guests found the cottage to be cosy and comfortable, with a warm atmosphere and ample space. However, some mentioned that the mattresses could be updated, and the initial coldness upon arrival suggests that the heating system could be more efficiently managed for guest comfort.

The facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and games room, were appreciated, but some guests reported maintenance issues such as dripping taps and a need for larger pans. The gardens and play area were highlights, though some outdoor furniture was described as needing an update.

The provision of toys, games, and a Christmas tree during the festive season reflects a thoughtful touch for guests. However, as these gestures may vary with each stay, they should not be expected as guaranteed amenities.

It was spacious, comfortable and warm. Our two dogs absolutely loved the garden and hardly came inside! The private drive down to the house had spectacular views as did the garden. You do need a car to go anywhere as there are no amenities within walking distance. The games room was a great addition and we made full use of the table football until our backs gave out!! Definitely one to return to again. Many thanks to the owners for sharing this hidden gem x

4 lights out, all requiring new bulbs. Fireplace in lounge full of ashes. Both lounge chairs required the legs to be screwed back on.

Wonderful cosy cottage, very comfortable, fantastic large secure gardens. Can't wait to go back!
