About this property

Flat 1, Mona House is a lovely ground-floor flat in the heart of the vibrant coastal town of Deganwy, Conwy, perfect for a retreat with your other half or as a base for a solo traveller. The apartment is conveniently located close to Llandudno and Snowdonia National Park and is surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, while also being just a short distance from the beach! Drive through the town and park up at the side of the road, before ascending the steps and into the apartment. Relax after your journey with a cup of tea on the sofa while watching the Smart TV in the spacious living area. Travel through the apartment to reach the compact but fully-stocked galley kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals for two. Outside, find the private courtyard where you can have a meal outside in the fresh air in the warmer months. When it is time to rest, the king-size bedroom awaits, with another Smart TV, should you want a lazy couple of hours before setting off to explore. When you wake, freshen up in the shower room, which is also home to a toasty heated towel rail. By foot, you can reach many of the town's conveniences and supermarkets, as well as restaurants such The Olive Grove, Nikki Ips, and The Grill Room; more dining alternatives may be found in nearby Conwy, just a scenic drive away. Explore the Elizabethan town house Plas Mawr, which offers guided tours and a beautiful picnic place, after a stroll down Deganwy Beach and the promenade. From Conwy, you can also explore the walls and Conwy Castle. Explore Llandudno's many sights, from the picturesque promenade to the Great Orme Summit Complex, the expansive West Shore Beach, the beautiful North Western Gardens, and the event-packed Venue Cymru. Colwyn Bay's Welsh Mountain Zoo is a great way to round off your holiday before heading back home to enjoy a night on the town with your loved one. Flat 1, Mona House is a great place to reconnect with your significant other, with the perfect seaside backdrop.

The town of Deganwy, on the banks of the River Conwy at the mouth of the Estuary, is a very popular holiday destination. Deganwy has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle, built in 1082 but later demolished. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of this beautiful stretch of the North Wales Coast. Deganwy is only a few miles from the holiday resorts of Conwy and Llandudno; Conwy boasts a medieval castle, town walls and a marina, plus winding streets which offer something for shoppers and diners alike. Llandudno was very popular during the Victorian era, and this is evident in the architecture and the very impressive promenade. The town also has a pier with family attractions, a theatre and for the more adventurous, a dry ski slope! Between Deganwy, Llandudno and Conwy, this area has so much to offer the entire family.

Treats were a nice gesture. Location for me was great. A bit disappointed that the pictures on Sykes did not match up. Set up previously probably would have had a nicer feel.

Warm and welcoming with everything we needed to hand. The Welsh cakes went down a treat! Location was perfect! If I'd recommend anything, it would be to hang curtains or install blackout blinds. Great communication from the owner. Thank you.

It was very clean and stylish decorated. Then owner text us the key code the day before so easy access. They also left a welcome present, prosecco and Welsh cakes which was a lovely thing to do and very much appreciated
