The view from the lounge is amazing. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and very clean. The shower is great, the heating worked really well and the beds are comfy. Parking is on the road but we always found a space close to the cottage. We were welcomed with a few staples which was so handy before we could make it to the supermarket. Great location!

It is well equipped and very comfortable. A lovely big bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower. Plenty of hot water. We were there in November and it was nicely warm. The listing says a gas fire in the lounge, but its actually an electric fan heater - its a bit noisy, but tbh the central heating is warm enough so we just switched the lights on for effect. All the beds were comfy. The nice big dining kitchen worked well for our group. The only reason I gave a 4 star for facilities is only having one toilet, and its in the main bathroom, is a bit of an issue when there are 5 adults staying. We knew in advance of course. Most of our week there were only 3 of us so we managed fine. We never had a problem parking - there’s plenty of space along the road, you may have to walk a few yards but it was never an issue for us. We would happily recommend it. Its in a lovely spot and the small local shop has all the essentials.
