As you enter the light and spacious middle terrace, circa 1871, you immediately feel at home. Walk through the lounge/kitchen/diner to the well equipped kitchen area, with all the thoughtful little extras alongside the electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The utility room offers a washer/dryer and space for your coats and boots. If you decide to eat in, inspired with your local produce purchased in the town, enjoy a meal together round the dining table and plan your activities. After a full day out relax on the sofa with a good book or watch a film on TV and light the wood burner effect gas fire for a cosy night in. On the ground floor you will also find the stylish shower room with shower and WC, perfect for a leisurely shower. Upstairs on the first floor you can choose from two bedrooms, a king size and, across the landing, a lovely twin bedroom, both have views over historic Conwy. Enjoy al fresco dining, maybe a BBQ, whilst relaxing outside in the paved courtyard with table and chairs. There is parking available outside the property, this is a first come, first served situation with a tight entrance to the road or there is plenty of public, long stay and short stay car parks within a short walk.
