About this Holiday Cottage

Perfect for families or groups of up to seven people, Ty Cerrig is a beautifully presented barn conversion offering wonderful views over Snowdonia National Park. Set on the Bodnant Gardens estate, the cottage is ideal for outdoor activity holidays or families just wishing to relax in the scenic North Wales countryside.

Inside

Ground floor: Double-height kitchen/dining room; steps down to utility room, sitting room with wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped with a Rangemaster gas hob and electric oven, integrated fridge, additional fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A wood burner stove, LPG gas central heating and ground floor underfloor heating are all fitted.

A TV with Freeview service, DVD playe, CD player and radio are provided.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Ground floor: Twin bedroom with 3' beds and adjacent shower room.
First floor:Twin bedroom with two 3' zip and link beds which can convert to 6' double upon request with en suite bathroom. Single bedroom with 3' bed, double bedroom with 5' bed and a separate shower room.

Outside

Large enclosed garden and terrace with spectacular views. Fishing permits are available from Bodnant Garden Centre. Ample parking

A travel cot, stair gate and high chair can be provided. 

Availability

Short breaks of two nights or more. One dog accepted by arrangement but must be kept under control at all times.
