" Great property on a very recently completed small residential site overlooking Colwyn Bay and in very easy reach of local shops, Aldi, Coop and fuel. Easily accessible from the A55 Noth Wales Expressway and only minutes by car to either junction 22 or 23. The property has everything you need as described and is clean with towels provided as well as nice welcome lack inc wind and dog treats. Fully enclosed rest garden with decking, stone path and Astro turf so fantastic for the dogs (two allowed). "
    Mr Eglintine ‐ 1 May 2019

    Mrs Bowe ‐ 1 May 2019
" Would recommend Marine hotel for eating; it is also dog friendly. Lucy's cottage is very comfortable with everything required. We were also blessed with good weather although our dogs have returned exhausted with all the walks! "
    Mrs Shaw ‐ 1 Apr 2019

" Really liked the little extras such as the dog treats and bags. The enclosed rear garden was perfect for our dog. "
    Mr Hewitt ‐ 1 Feb 2019
" We were very happy with everything. Our dog was very safe in the garden, which was another bonus to our stay. We were close to many lovely walks ,and all these attributes, provided us with all we needed for a very happy holiday. "
    Mr Rafferty ‐ 1 Dec 2018
" We made a couple of changes to our plans and the communication with was excellent. Lucy's cottage was much better than we had anticipated, very clean. well laid out, well serviced and excellent parking for two vehicles. Rosie, our dog was able to enjoy the break with us and even though the winter weather wasn't the best we had a great time. Two friends stayed with us for the first few days and were also very impressed with the way that the home is presented. The WIFI was very much appreciated as was the greeting package that Lucy left for us and Rosie. We will definitely book again. "
    Mrs Betts ‐ 1 Nov 2018

" A beautiful home. The garden was enclosed and very safe for our 16month boxer. Well situated as Llandudno only a very short drive away.Free WiFi was brilliant and lovely treats left for us thankyou. Will definitely be back. The Moore’s from Shrewsbury "

" You had to pay to be connected to it which was rather expensive. It should've mentioned in the advert for your cottages when this is the case. Stairs. We are both registered disabled and found difficulty getting up and down the stairs. Once again this should be mentioned in advert. Cupboard space in the kitchen was limited. Could not find a bread bin. On the plus side, nice warm accommodation. Beds really comfortable. Nice secure garden for dogs. Good to have a choice of TVs. thank "
    Mrs Kershaw ‐ 1 Sep 2018
" This home is like home from home it is the best we have been to and the owner is realy nice kind person could not of whished for anything better even treats for the dog and the garden was secure and a great view overlooking the bay will definitely return "
    Mr Wass ‐ 1 Aug 2018
" It had quality furnishings, bed was a dream, and all equipment you need. See views diminishing rapidly due to garden foliage. It's out of the way if you're walking ( a car is a must ) and not a seaside town at all, but central to more interesting places. You won't be disappointed if you go because it's a lovely dwelling with a very safe garden if you're taking a dog. "
    Mrs Byrne ‐ 1 Aug 2018
" thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (including 2 x dogs) close to the town and within walking distance of a lovely pub that made us all welcome and had a very good gin menu will certainly be returning. thanks "
    Mrs Remblance ‐ 1 Jul 2018
" The rocking recliner is so comfy. The garden was perfect for us and our dog we did not have to worry about him once about escaping out of it. There are plenty of places to visit in driving distance especially loved the tobaggan run in Llandudno. The welcome pack was a nice treat for us and our dog. The Aldi store just a short drive down the main road is so handy for all your supplies "
    Mrs Evans ‐ 1 Mar 2018
" We had a fab time, I even got to make a cake with my daughter (which i don't get time to do at home!) so enjoyed the fact we were able to do that. We loved that fact that all the equipment in the house is of such good quality, you usually don't get decent things like that and it made such a difference when cooking etc, it was all absolutely spot on! The coffee, chocolate and easter egg was a lovely surprise for my daughter on arrival and the wine was also very much appreciated (we broke down on the way here so we needed it!!). Thank you! The internet was fantastic but unfortunately we had problems with the tv for the whole time we were there. The signal coming through the little connection box was intermittent meaning loss of channels continually. We re-tuned it a few times but didn't manage to get all the channels back - not that we watched it a lot but with a 10 year old in tow it was nice to be able to have it in the morning and when we got back from watching my son play rugby at Parc Eirias. Just one thing we would say; we could only find a dustpan and brush which was a nightmare to use in the kitchen/living room to pick up crumbs etc! If we had of brought our dogs we would have needed a bigger brush or access to a hoover! I know not everyone clears up after themselves but we don't like leaving a mess when we have cooked/eaten etc!! We did catch the bin men for the recycle stuff but not the normal bins - we didn't know when they came so not sure if you could leave a note for future guests! The window cleaner came too! All very busy!! Thank you so much for everything though, it was a fantastically chilled out 6 days and spending some quality time with my little girl & husband with great access to watch my son play rugby for Scotland U16's really did make it fab! Lianne, Neil & Emilia Evans :) "
    Mrs Hirst ‐ 1 Mar 2018
" Exceptionally well equipped, we couldn't fault it. The back garden is fenced all around, ideal for the dogs. Beautiful quiet location with a steady 15 minute walk down to the promenade. Thankyou for the flowers and wine on arrival. "
