There is a lovely twin bedroom or the king size bedroom with TV and en suite shower room and WC, both have lovely views to wake up to. The bathroom, perfect to take a leisurely bath and enjoy the views, with freestanding bath and WC completes the accommodation. The property also benefits from a heat recovery system. Outside, enjoy the sound of the trickling stream, wildlife and wonderful views from sunrise to sunset from the private hot tub or from your enclosed decked terrace with table and chairs, to enjoy sunsets and valley views of Carneddau and Snowdonia. There is also an enclosed rear rockface garden ideal for children and dogs. Enjoy a number of walks through the grounds or join the footpaths to explore further afield.
