Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.. Enter into the hallway and head through to the living area complete with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and open gas fire, perfect for a relaxing evening. The bright and airy kitchen is very well-equipped and provides an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and fridge/freezer. There is a small dining table with seating for four. The door from the kitchen leads out to the large sunny garden and patio area, with wooden garden furniture for al fresco dining. Please note that there are a number of steps throughout the outdoor space. Back inside you will find two spacious and stylish bedrooms with quality linen, providing a great night sleep. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a bathtub if you fancy a soak.
Situated just about a mile down the road, you’ll find the sweeping Colwyn Bay Promenade which leads down to Rhos-on-Sea. Just a little further is the Victorian town of Llandudno less than 20 minutes’ drive. Whilst here, why not take a trip up the Great Orme on the cable cars? Within easy reach is Colwyn Bay Welsh Mountain Zoo, there’s also Bodnant Gardens and Surf Snowdonia not too far away; there really is fun and enjoyment to be had in this area for all the family no matter your age. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Parking to the side of the property, please note there is a steep incline. One space at the top of the driveway also.
