We were a party of 5 adults and 1 baby and a small dog . ( 12 month - 84 year old ) plenty of room in the house and garden . Loved the position of the house ( 10/10 ) Nice dining room and lounge with views to the sea . Comfy beds . Nice welcome hamper . Box of chocolates.box of biscuits. Fizz. Hot chocolate. Plenty tea/coffee/sugar. All essentials. Iron. Dog bowls/blankets . Buckets/spades. Safety gates. Maiden for drying. Cleaning products . Etc Downstairs toilet . Highchair and travel cot provided . Few niggles . Large bathroom had no toilet so really a wasted room as the bath was so wide and deep it would take ages to fill . Shower room with a carpet not hygenic . Small bedroom with twin beds was nice but banged legs every time you passed .( full of bruises) might be better being a bunk bed room . The hallway could do with a shoe rack and some coat hooks / or coat stand . Would recommend as it’s so close to the beautiful new Colwyn bay seafront and stunning beach .

. Well maintained property & welcome basket was a nice touch.. Only issue was parking, as you have to park on main which people use to go to the beach & guesthouse a facing.. So sometimes you can’t park directly in front which has never been a problem in past as we’ve been before .. This would not put us off as the property has so much to offer
