It’s always nice to get a welcome pack ( Prosecco, chocs and crisps) It’s brilliant for a get together we had 9 adults a four year old and a7 month old ( high chair provided) no pets with us. There is a well stocked good kitchen to cook and a huge fridge /freezer. Access from the kitchen to the courtyard with outdoor furniture but the weather wasn’t warm enough to sit out . We were going to the theatre on the Saturday but we spent a lot of time in the cosy lounge with lots of comfy settees , TV and plenty of games. Two bedrooms are not en-suite but we allocated exclusive use of the family bathroom to those rooms . My only negative comments would be that some quilts /pillows need updating with the bed linen it’s a bit tired . But would recommend this lovely house with a very helpful owner who dealt with one issue very efficiently .

Ground floor bedroom was a perfect addition for my father in law who is in his 80s. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Very close to all amenities and loved the extra touch of the proseco. Thank you for a great weekend.
