We had a wonderful holiday at Aelybyrn - myself, my daughter and her dog. Lots of sitting out areas - although outside seating and cushions rather old, but that didn't spoil the amazing views from all the windows and outside and not overlooked by other properties. Loads of kitchen stuff. Towels big enough to completely wrap round (which is actually unusual in a holiday home). Beds comfy and lots of blankets and throws if you needed them. Always enough hot water for the two of us. Huge comfy settees and armchair in the lounge. You could either eat outside, at the kitchen table or in an area of the lounge. It was quite cold in the evenings and only one radiator (in the hallway) was working. All the others were locked - I think because at the beginning of June you don't expect to need any heat so we had to contend with the throws. No walks from the door without some road walking, so we had to drive somewhere every day. Having said that, the walks we found were magnificent. Very tight to drive onto the property and needed 12 point turns (perhaps not quite so many but it seemed like it!) when leaving but I managed it. Was loathe to reverse in as it was difficult enough to see both ways going forwards because of high hedges and road bends when pulling out straight onto the main road. We loved our holiday at Aelybyrn - thank you.

Stunning views from this spacious bungalow a few miles out of quaint Conwy with its castle and picturesque environs. It was an handy base for our birdwatching forays. Major supermarkets just outside Conwy town. Overall clean, comfortable with very good amenities in the kitchen and a sunny conservatory attached. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. Unfortunately we had a cold week in May and we found the electric radiator system inflexible especially in the bedrooms.

Aelybryn, what an amazing place, everything you could possibly need is there. it is absolutely spotless and a very good location with a few quality pub/restaurants a few minutes drive away. the place is so quite and peaceful with it wrap around garden that gives both secluded areas and a conservatory that looks out on the most beautiful vista of fields, valleys and trees that totally unwind you.We would definitely recommend this place and somewhere we hope to return to.
