Situated on the owners’ working dairy farm, this delightful detached holiday property oozes character, from the lovely inglenook in the cosy living room through to the hand finished woodwork in the bedrooms. There’s a rear patio for sunny days or a warming woodburner for chilly nights. Just a few miles away is the sandy beach at Pensarn, whilst the Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay is well worth a visit. The Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno has a full range of shopping facilities, together with the Great Orme’s Head jutting out into the Irish Sea, whilst Conwy and Betws-y-Coed are within easy reach. Beach 2 miles. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

What a fantastic cottage. Everything was clean and tidy, tucked in the corner of the yard. The underfloor heating was a pleasant surprise and with the small stove we were never cold. We got to the farm after dark and it was a little difficult to find but we made it. Lovely to see the cows coming in for milking and we walked from the cottage to Abergele which was nice. Great base to explore North Wales, we walked Snowden, went to Great Orme and some slate coves and would absolutely return.

A lovely farm cottage run by a lovely couple who made us very welcome. Great outdoor area for relaxing in the warmer weather. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes to stay in the countryside. We would consider coming again.

Beautiful, cosy, warm cottage. Cottage on a working dairy farm with some quirky chickens and *****. Owners left some free range eggs, bread and milk which was really lovely, both where really nice to talk to too.Very close to lots of attractions within a short drive away. As a family of 4 we really really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage. Only feedback I would give is for back yard to be a little more presentable, maybe some flowers or pots, otherwise nothing bad to say. Caution in low cars as on working farm, our BMW just made up and down haha.
