Situated on the owners’ working dairy farm, this delightful detached holiday property oozes character, from the lovely inglenook in the cosy living room through to the hand finished woodwork in the bedrooms. There’s a rear patio for sunny days or a warming woodburner for chilly nights. Just a few miles away is the sandy beach at Pensarn, whilst the Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay is well worth a visit. The Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno has a full range of shopping facilities, together with the Great Orme’s Head jutting out into the Irish Sea, whilst Conwy and Betws-y-Coed are within easy reach. Beach 2 miles. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

A very nice cottage on a working farm and a very peaceful location. The location was great for me as explored various castles and visited Snowdonia National Park. Can see me staying again as there is so much to see and explore in and around Snowdon. Would head up Snowdon, but probably on the train! The cottage was very cosy with underfloor heating and characterful, but with modern conveniences. An ideal base to explore the area. Very nice family and really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely place to stay, would recommend it just need a signpost, it took me a while to find it, the postcode took me to a nearby farm but they gave me directions

Lovely cottage with such an interesting history. Location suited us well because we walked part of the North Wales Coast Path from the England/Wales border to Bangor and it was very convenient to drive up to the station each morning (small free car park at the station and another free one nearby). Then we caught trains each day to the place where we had left off the day before, then walked and caught the train back to Abergele. (Trains amazingly cheap by the way.)
