Lovely cottage in a friendly village. The Black Lion is very close and serves great food and is dog friendly. The village shop is closer still and is open every day. Good breakfast at the cafe on the main road. The Swan pub which is practically on the doorstep wasn’t open when we were there. The cottage is very comfortable and well-equipped and was plenty big enough for us - 2 friends and a small dog. We had a small issue with the hot water which was resolved within 30 minutes with just one text to the contact. Very impressed and hoping to return later in the year!

Lovely location, ideal for exploring the area, comfortable accommodation, two local pubs in the village plus a shop 😀 Nice touch leaving a vase of flowers but they would have been better being fresh!!
