The best appointed cottage we have ever stayed in. Super clean, equipped to the highest standard and keenly priced.

We would absolutely recommended and stay in this property again. It is finished to a very high standard. Parking, we found a space on the first day, then left the car there for the week, we walked and got trains to Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. We’ve seen people moaning about the welcome pack in the reviews, we’ve stayed in a lot of self catering properties this is by far the best, milk, biscuits, tea and coffee don’t have to be provided but were a lovely gesture. The property was very clean and tidy. We loved the set up and the quality of bedding, towels, all things that aren’t usually provided in self catering. The owners were lovely to deal with too. Beautifully furnished and equipped, though the photos are somewhat misleading as it clearly shows bottles in the shower which would could assume are shampoo/shower gel, there was none, only hand wash was provided!A Loris coffee maker is provided but only 4 capsules for 4 nights, again the photo shows a box by the side of the machine. The welcome pack consisted of a packet of biscuits and a small milk!!! There is Wi-Fi but no means to charge your equipment, a 3pin plug with 2 USB ports can be purchased (which I had to do) for £12 from nearby Tesco.More importantly though is the need to update the information folder the Management company who it says to contact especially in an emergency informed me they no longer manage this cottage!! Not good. The wall lamp by the mirror on the dressing table & the free standing bedside lamp was left unplugged clearly because it was faulty(making noise when plugged back in) I would respectfully advise the owners/management company should regularly check electrical appliances. On street parking was NOT plentiful as stated . Had to go round the block every time.Abergele we found was good location for accessing all along the north coast and further inland. Tesco close by and in Market street were various pubs, eateries.I trust this review will be accepted by the owners in the vein it was written to be helpful.
