Be welcomed into the contemporary sitting room, which features a sofa bed for alternative sleeping arrangements, where you can look forward to snuggling up with loved ones and catching up on your favourite shows, courtesy of the Smart TV with Sky and Netflix. Make your way through to the kitchen/diner to conjure up delicious feasts for your loved ones, with the help of the electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, which can be found in the handy utility room along with a washer/dryer. Tuck-in to a mouth-watering meal at the dining table for four, or if the weather is nice, why not dine alfresco out in the private courtyard. After a day of exploring, soothe your muscles with a blissful soak in the bath or refreshing rinse in the shower, before catching your rest in one of two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. After a hearty breakfast, head straight for the glorious sands of Pensarn Beach, where you can beachcombe the shores, explore rock pools or enjoy a scenic cycle along the designated path which will lead you towards Rhos-on-Sea. There are also amusements speckled along the beach including an arcade, miniature golf, an outdoor play area and The Beach Café. On those evenings where you don’t feel like cooking, The Yacht pub is just a stone’s throw away, as well as a good selection of takeaways for when you don’t want to venture far. Wander over to the nearby town of Abergele, where you can picnic in the idyllic Pentre Mawr Park as you spot the local wildlife of ducks and swans, test out your clubs at the excellent 18-hole Abergele Golf Course, indulge in a pamper at The Kinmel & Kinspa or hike up to the top of Tower Hill for impressive views overlooking the town. If you don’t feel like driving, you can hop aboard a train over to Colwyn Bay, where wildlife enthusiasts are sure to be impressed with the Welsh Mountain Zoo, home to snow leopards and red pandas. Just a little further, you will find Llandudno, which offers two beautiful beaches, the splendid Venue Cymru which frequently holds live performances and the Great Orme where you can soak up the breath-taking views across the town. Be sure to pay a visit to Conwy, with its imposing 13th-century Castle, historic castle walks which surround the town and peaceful Quay.     It is also on a very noisy busy road with a few (boy races )going up and down it . The area around the property is in very need of improvement. But having said that still a lovely bungalow and we had brilliant weather

    We enjoyed our stay .even though surface was clean it needs a proper clean where furniture is pulled out on a regular basis. We found a few bits whilst looking for my grandchilds car he lost under sofa.Bathroom/wc room was very clean. Overall I enjoyed staying there .thankyou and hope to stay again soon
