Snaptrip says

Guests have praised the property for its excellent location, spaciousness, and cleanliness, making it ideal for large groups. The property's en-suite bedrooms and additional snugs are appreciated, though more seating in the living area is suggested. The well-equipped kitchen and the property's warmth are also noted positives.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, with only minor issues regarding outdoor rubbish due to wildlife interference. The interior cleanliness is well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The location is highly praised for being central, with easy access to the beach, pier, and shops. It is considered perfect for short strolls and convenient for guests.

The property is spacious and generally comfortable, especially with the en-suite bedrooms. However, the lack of sufficient seating in the living area for large groups and the need for additional or larger kitchen appliances slightly reduce the comfort score.

Facilities like washing machines and dishwashers are appreciated, but there are several mentions of inadequate rubbish disposal, insufficient fridge space, and a need for more kitchenware. Maintenance issues with bathroom locks and door handles are noted.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

) and will definitely be coming back. We love the snugs and the fact all rooms are en-suite/have own bathroom - makes a family holiday more like in a hotel and much smoother to get everyone ready for a windy day in Llandudno!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend house to friends or consider returning. Despite- on arrival being unable to get into living area, no internet , all bins completely full in yard i phoned for advice - whilst the alarm on living room door was bleeping -extremely irritating. Had to go out but batteries and reboot internet i was on phone from3.10pm - 5.10pm and spoke to 6 staff members - having to repeat myself 6 times , when cleaning up I put all rubbish in bin bags in yard - not thinking about the seagulls or crows who destroyed bags , ate remains of Indian meal and flung rubbish everywhere -I had to clean up again . Bad start and ending to break but besides that everything good

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. IT'S POSITION WAS PERFECT FOR A SHORT STROLL TO THE BEACH, PEIR AND SHOPS. THE ONLY FAULTS WE FOUND WERE THAT THE FRIDGE AND COOKER WERE FAR TOO SMALL FOR THE NUMBER OF GUESTS THE HOUSE COULD HOLD, WE STRUGGLED TO FIT EVERYTHING IN THE FRIDGE AND THE SAME WITH THE OVEN, WHICH DID NOT GET TO THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE, SO EVERYTHING TOOK LONGER TO COOK.
