About this property

Settled on the west shore of Llandudno, in the ever-popular North Wales, is this fabulous, three storey property, 2 Herkomer Road. Ideal for a family or group of friends, this terraced home is within easy reach of local amenities and the picturesque coast, whilst offering plenty of home comforts for a relaxing break too. Discover the sitting room after a long day, complete with bold colours and two leather sofas, along with an electric woodburner and TV so you can enjoy those chilled nights in. Allow the chef to get to work in the kitchen, boasting a stylish finish with grey units, a contemporary splashback and range of appliances, while the adjacent dining room is perfect for hosting mealtimes as a group. Take the evening outside to the enclosed courtyard, where you can enjoy a beverage at the patio furniture or get the barbecue going for a grilled feast. The bedrooms at this Llandudno home are situated on the upper two floors; the first floor hosts a double and twin bedroom, serviced by a gorgeous bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in shower, and olive panelling. Continue to the second floor and discover the master bedroom, hosting a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom, while there is also a twin with elevated views over the town. Within a moment’s stroll there are a number of pubs, cafés, and restaurants to sample, along with convenience stores for home-cooking essentials. Amble along the promenade and you might catch a Punch & Judy show in the summer months, or explore excellent food stalls, concessions, and arcades at the bustling Llandudno Pier. There is plenty of entertainment to enjoy at nearby Venue Cymru, and for the history lovers, visit the Home Front Experience for a taste of 1940s Britain. Outside of Llandudno, Conwy is a historic town packed with fascinating sights, home to Conwy Castle, the town walls, as well as the delightful Bodlondeb Park. Alternatively, those feeling active will be eager to explore the Snowdonia National Park, boasting a range of walking, cycling, and hiking opportunities for all ages – there is even an exhilarating zip-line experience among the slate caverns! With so much to fill your holiday itinerary, choose 2 Herkomer Road for your next break to North Wales.

The town of Llandudno is situated between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme, and it is these headlands, as well as the town's two waterfronts, that give it its unique attractiveness. The North Shore, with its large promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the quieter West Shore, with miles of sandy beachfront backed by sand dunes and wonderful views towards Anglesey, are the town's two excellent beaches. However, for the greatest views, take the Great Orme Tramway or a mile-long cable car journey to the peak of the 679ft Great Orme. The town has a diverse range of shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, North Wales' leading theatre stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy, and touring orchestras, with a diverse schedule - all within walking distance of the promenade. Conwy, a recognised World Heritage Site, is only four miles distant. Conwy is a remarkable mediaeval gem, dominated by a magnificent castle and totally encircled by well-preserved town walls. There's lots to see and do along the North Wales coast, including miles of sandy beaches and superb walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park, which is only 20 minutes away.

Only thing is the shower curtain could really do with the doors back on as your fighting with the curtain when you shower

Easy to find and parking not an issue. Very well presented accommodation and attractively decorated. Four good sized bedrooms and the bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and a very useful utility room. The property is well situated to access the town on foot. Handy corner shop up the road and lovely views from the nearest pub.Owner was very helpful and attentive. I would come here again
