Perfect for family and friends, this three bedroom house is centrally located on the North Wales coast within and easy drive of all the top attractions. Stay for a week and have a different adventure every day or relax and unwind in the peaceful surroundings with your feet up in front of the roaring log fire.
Cae Cwnws is located in the desirable location of Bryn Pydew, just outside of Llandudno and a short distance from Conwy. This detached house is surrounded by trees and countryside, the perfect country escape but still close to local amenities and the local beaches. The house has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and awarded a 4 star rating by Visit Wales.
On the ground floor: A comfy living room with log burner and a large flat screen TV. A modern kitchen-diner with plenty of space for 6 people, kitchen facilities include electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and all the utensils you'd need to prepare your meals. A sunroom/conservatory provides a bright room to relax in. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower.
On the first floor: the master bedroom with kingsize double bed and the a bedroom. A family bathroom offers a bath and a shower cubicle.
This really is a lovely house in a great location. There is a large amount to explore locally from the resort town of Llandudno with its pier, promenade and beaches plus the Great Orme. Conwy castle is a short drive away as is the Snowdonia National Park which has beautiful scenery and is a great place to explore with lots of attractions such as Zip World and Surf Snowdonia.
This is a Non Smoking and Pet Free property (due to horses in the adjoining fields).
