Great for family and friends, Ty Alice boasts a spacious open plan kitchen/living area with striking blue cabinetry, vaulted ceilings, centre island, electric fire and reading nook, as well as a large dining table to gather around. All three bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms and the added luxury of underfloor heating. The sand dunes and salt marches of Oxwich Bay are just 10 minutes' walk away and when the tide is out, you can also stroll around to Three Cliffs Bay - just be sure to time it well so you have time to get back before high tide! Michelin Star restaurant The Beach House is located on the seafront as well as the popular Oxwich Bay Hotel. Situated midway between the bustling streets of Mumbles and the world famous Rhossili Bay, Oxwich is the perfect place from which to explore all that Gower has to offer.

Kitchen and utilities: Open plan layout with deep blue cabinetry, open shelving, vaulted ceiling and centre island. The kitchen is complete with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and large dining area with built-in seating and leather bench. Utility cupboard in ground floor hallway with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Entertainment: Wall-mounted TVs in all the bedrooms and large wall-mounted TV in living area. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: Balcony with patio seating for 2 and beautiful views out towards the sea and across the surrounding countryside.
