Duvets need an upgrade as they are quite thin. Perfect for summer but not fall. Office staff at Newton Rd office are always very friendly and accommodating. This is the 5th time we have rented in the Swansea area. Now if you could only control the rain, lol

Great house in a good location. Bed mattresses were a little thin. Good size garden with seating. TV in all rooms. Shower head could do with replacing as not secure. Nice furniture.

Loved our holiday at 17 Woodville Road. Unfortunately the hot water broke on the first night but Original Cottages dealt with it very swiftly and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The property was beautifully furnished and in an excellent position, with everything we needed in walking distance and beautiful beaches a short drive away. The only problem we had was trying to work out when and where to put out our rubbish for collection as there were no wheelie bins or up to date calendar. We bagged it up but clearer instructions on that would be useful and save the cleaners having to take it away with them? We had a great week and definitely look on Original Cottages for future holidays. Thank you!
