The landscaped gardens are a great feature of the cottage with two alfresco dining areas and fabulous sea views.
It’s just a short walk down into Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

I had a lovely stay at cockleshell cottage. The cottage is nice and cozy and completely equipped. Pretty steep hills to get up by car (not for the faint hearted) but beautiful views over Swansea bay once you’re up there. Michael, the caretaker of the cottage has been very responsive and really helpful sorting a couple of things out. Neighbors made me feel very welcome.

Cockleshell is a lovely comfortably sized cottage with amazing views over the bay and the hills beyond. It's situated close to the heart of Mumbles and the variety of shops and restaurants. We will be coming back!
