Guests say

Ysgubor-W43383 is a beautifully presented cottage in Swansea, praised for its stunning countryside location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests consistently highlight the well-equipped facilities, peaceful setting, and excellent communication with the owners, particularly Emma. Families appreciate the spacious layout and amenities, though some mention limited play areas for children and difficulty accessing the local pub on foot. While most experiences are highly positive, one guest noted challenges with cancellation flexibility. Overall, the property is highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in South Wales.

Cleanliness is frequently praised, with multiple guests describing the cottage as very clean, spotless, and nicely presented. No negative comments regarding cleanliness were noted.

The location is described as stunning, peaceful, and ideal for exploring South Wales. A minor drawback mentioned is the lack of a footpath to the local pub, making it less accessible for those with pushchairs.

Guests consistently mention the cottage is comfortable, cosy, and spacious, with good sound insulation and a layout well-suited for families. No significant comfort issues were raised.

Facilities are described as superb, well-equipped, and offering everything needed for a family holiday. One guest noted a lack of a dedicated play area for children, but this was considered a bonus rather than a necessity. There was also a mention of a temporary electricity issue, but this appears to be an isolated incident.

The owners, especially Emma, are frequently praised for their helpfulness, friendliness, and understanding. While guests felt well cared for, there is no mention of gifts or welcome packs, so such gestures cannot be guaranteed.
